Shri Venkateshwara University organized a National seminar on the scope & Opportunities in Pharmacy.
The School of Pharmacy at Shri Venkateshwara University held a seminar with participation from scientists, Pharmacy Deans from different universities, and industry experts.
The seminar highlighted that the pharmaceuticals industry is the third-largest in the world.
It offers various opportunities for skilled professionals in India & abroad.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi, Chief Speaker Prof. Amit Verma, Chief Advisor to the Chairman Prof. VPS Arora & the CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava inaugurated the seminar by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.
The VC Dr Rakesh Yadav, & the Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey assisted them in inaugurating the seminar on the scope & opportunities in the Pharmacy sector.
On this occasion, the Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated through quality education & qualified faculty the Venkateshwara Group nurtures trained professionals for the Pharmacy sector.
Further, to boost R&D in pharmacy, we intend to turn the Venkateshwara School of Pharmacy into a Centre of Excellence.
Dr Rajiv Tyagi, the Pro Chancellor, confirmed that the pharmaceutical sector is in a golden era, with a high demand for skilled professionals in India and abroad.
Moreover, Prof Amit Verma of Rohilkhand University Bareilly informed that pharmacists not only dispense drugs, but play a vital role in drug development, Pharma Marketing, Hospital administration, Community pharmacy & R & D.
Prof. S K Verma of Punjab University, Dr Neha Tyagi of Jamia, Pharmacy Dean Dr OmPrakash Gosai, Dean Dr Ashwin Kumar, & Dean Dr Rahul Kumar also addressed the Pharmacy seminar.
Those present included the Group Advisor Mr. RS Sharma, Academic Director Dr Rajesh Singh, Director (S&A) Mr. Ramyash Singh & the Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh.
Dr Ramesh Chaudhary, Dr Shilpi Sharma, Dr Mohit Shrivastava, Dr Dheeraj Dubey Ashwani Gupta, Manju Rani, Pankaj Gill, Ravi Saini, Vicky Singh, Renu Saini, Ankush Gautam, and Manu Bharti were all present.
