Mega Rozgar Mela 2023

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute, along with the Ministry of Labour & Employment UP Govt, hosted a Mega Rozgar Mela 2023 that saw the participation of 50+ MNCs.

Over 5000 candidates took part in the Mega Rozgar Mela 2023, wherein after initial rounds of interview, the company’s shortlisted 500 candidates.

Along with this, on the eve of Kisan Jayanti (23 December), we felicitated 51 progressive farmers with the Chaudhary Charan Singh Kisan Samman/Memento for their services.

The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Chief Guest & IFS Officer Mr MS Kanyal, CDO Mr. Ashwini Kumar Mishra & the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi inaugurated the fair by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

The Project Director, Mr. Amrendra Pratap Singh, VC Dr Rakesh Yadav & the District Employment Officer, Dr. Sushil Kumar, joined them to inaugurate the mega job fair.

The Group Chairman, Dr Sudhir Giri, emphasized in his address that there are plenty of job opportunities for skilled professionals both in India and abroad.

This is because of initiatives like Skill India, Digital India, Mission Employment, and the NEP 2020 introduced by our honorable Prime Minister.

There is tremendous demand for Indians in IT, Management, healthcare, nursing & other sectors because of which India is emerging as the fastest growing economies of the world.

In the last 1 decade, unemployment has been vastly reduced owing to the employment oriented schemes of the GOI.

The CG Mr MS Kanyal affirmed being an IFS officer, I represented India in over a dozen countries of the world, including Europe. Apart from the USA, Britain, Canada & Australia, there is hardly any country in the world where Indians are not making their presence felt.

He asserted apart from Govt &. Private jobs, India is ahead than others in self-employment owing to the entrepreneur abilities of its youth.  

Biggest Mega Rozgar Mela 2023 in UP West

The CDO & Special Guest, Mr. Ashwini Kumar Mishra informed this is the biggest job fair ever organised in UP west.

The DEO, Dr Sushil Kumar, & the employment program Coordinator Dr. Laxman Singh also addressed the Mega Rozgar Meal 2023.

Those present included the Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora, CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, Group Advisor Mr RS Sharma, Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr Tejpal Singh, Dr Anil Jaiswal & Dr Divya Girdhar.

Dr Ashutosh Singh, Dr Om Prakash Gosai, Dr Rahul Kumar, Ashwini Kumar Saxena, Dr Rajvardhan, Dr Sarvnand Sahu, Dr Ana Brown, Arun Kumar Goswami, Maroof Chaudhary, & Abhishek Jain were all present.

Noticeable with his presence was the Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh & also present was the Media Incharge Mr. Vishwas Rana among others.

The Registrar, Dr Piyush Pandey, thanked the guests for being present for the event. Ms Aashi Nair and Prashant Kumar conducted the program very well.
