Industrial Tour

The B Pharma & D Pharma students of Venkateshwara Group of Institutions (VGI) Meerut visited the Himalaya Drug Company in Dehradun as part of their industrial tour.

During the tour, they studied the entire drug making process from the company officials because having practical experience is vital for the students.

The Himalayan Drug Co. organized two sessions for the visiting students.

The Technical training head Mr Jahangir Ahmed led the first session, wherein he gave a brief introduction about the advance techniques, & concepts adopted by the company.

Further, the company President, Dr. Farooq, took the next session wherein he suggested ways to clear the job interview & informed the common mistakes students commit & how to avoid them.

Moreover, he suggested students should launch their start-ups by adopting the latest technology & improve their life.

The students asked many questions which Dr. Farooq answered through examples & inspired them to achieve their dreams because the youngsters are the future of the country.

The Pharmacy Director Dr. Sunder Singh, Principal Dr. Yogesh Badshilia, Prof. Dr. Ritu Varma, HOD Swati Kamboj, Laxmi Saini & the Training Head Mr. Shivakant lead the industrial tour to Dehradun.

On his return, Dr. Yogesh Badshilia exhorted the students to take full advantage of the educational & industrial tours for enlightening their future because they impart hands on skills vital for placement.

Further, the Venkateshwara Group Chairman Dr. Sudhir Giri, Pro-chancellor Dr. Rajiv Tyagi & the Campus Director Dr. Pratap Singh, complimented the entire team on their endeavor. Last but not the least heartiest congratulation to team media for excellent news coverage.
