Shri Venkateshwara University (SVU) was the center of attraction at the 3 day education movement called the India International Education Expo 2023.
IEML & the Skill India department organized the India International Education Expo at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.
Over a 100 renowned Universities/educational institutions, along with a dozen skill development institutions, took part in the event.
The former Tourism Minister GOI Dr Mahesh Sharma, Chairman of IEML Dr Rakesh Kumar & others inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.
Over 10000 students visited our student help desk to enquire about the many professional & job oriented courses of the university. They admired the job oriented courses & showed interest in the admission process.
On this occasion, SVU launched its flagship scheme called Operation Smile, wherein it will distribute scholarships worth INR 5 crores to underprivileged meritorious students.
Moreover, students seeking admission in UG/PG courses of engineering, IT & management along with other courses can take advantage of this scholarship scheme. Â
In his address the Chief Guest Dr Mahesh Sharma reiterated through NEP, quality education, medical, healthcare services, infrastructure & a bold foreign policy India is on track to become a world leader.
Moreover, the Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri stated the Venkateshwara Group is nurturing skilled professionals as per the global requirement.
Further, the Pro Chancellor Dr Rajiv Tyagi informed that we will shortlist students for both UG & PG courses based on their score in the qualifying examination & the entrance test. Â
Those present included the CEO Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, VC Dr Rakesh Yadav, Dr Jayanti, Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Director of Marketing Dr Vikrant Chaudhary & the Director of Admission Maroof Chaudhary.
