From Struggle to Success national seminar

It was a proud day for Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute. Former Tourism Minister GOI, retd. IAS Officer and featured by Time’s magazine among the 100 most influential personalities, Mr. K J Alphons was the Chief Guest/Keynote Speaker at the national seminar on From struggle to success.

Mr. KJ Alphons is the author of the renowned motivational book–‘The Winning Formula’.

Further, Mr. K J Alphons exhorted students to always be confident & composed under adverse conditions and attain success by employing the 5 S of success.

Former Tourism Minister, Mr. K J Alphons, Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi & the VC Dr Krishna Kant Dave inaugurated the seminar by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President, Dr Sudhir Giri, reiterated the Venkateshwara family is proud to welcome Mr. K J Alphons, who is a source of inspiration for all.

Dr Sudhir Giri requested Mr. K J Alphons to be part of the Venkateshwara Governing body. Mr. K J Alphons will soon be one of the decorated members of Shri Venkateshwara University Governing body.

Further, he said it’s rare to find a brave, visionary diplomat & politician of the caliber of Mr. K J Alphons who demolished over 14000 illegal structures in Delhi. He did not buckle under political pressure and is rightly called the Demolition Man.

The Keynote Speaker Mr. K J Alphonso emphasized that the youth should never get distraught from failures, but face difficulties with a smile by following the 5S of success. By adopting the 5 S of self-attitude, self-identity, self-confidence, self uniqueness, & self-commitment, a person can win over the world.

Motivational Seminar on From Struggle to Success

He motivated them by citing the example of Swami Vivekananda and inspired them that his determination and 5S enabled him to top the UPSC exam despite scoring 42% in class 10th.

Through determination & will power he bulldozed over 14000 illegal structures in Delhi and made a name for himself. Warding off immense political pressure & without fearing for his life, he established Delhi as a model state of the country.

The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi affirmed Shri Venkateshwara University is proud to honour Mr. KJ Alphons – one of the most inspirational personalities of India.

The VC Dr Krishna Kant Dave announced Mr. KJ Alphons will soon be a decorated member of Shri Venkateshwara University Governing body.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi, VC Dr Krishan Kant Dave also addressed the seminar on ‘From struggle to success’.

Those present included the VC Dr Krishna Kant Dave, Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Dr Rajesh Singh, Dean Medical Dr Sanjeev Bhatt, Dr TP Singh, Dr CP Singh, Dr Ashutosh Gautam, Dr Neetu Singh & Dr Ana Brown.

Dr Yogeshwar Singh, Dr Snehlata Goswami, Dr Shriram Gupta, were all present.

The Meerut Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, was present along with the Media Incharge, Mr. Vishwas Rana among others.
