Why students admire teachers

Students admire teachers because they learn to read, write, & do mathematical calculations from them.

Teachers educate on the above competencies because these are vital for life.

Without being able to read, & write, people struggle as fraudsters may take advantage of them.

Students admire those teachers who explain clearly because their syllabus overburdens them, leaving little time for studies.

Take, for example, a class 12th PCM student who studies 2 books of Physics 1 & 2.

In books, there is everything written which students can understand but will take massive efforts on their part because of a shortage of time.

They cannot grasp well because the language is complex & unrelated to real life.

While a seasoned Physics teacher can simplify the concepts for conception because he relates to real life. A student can’t grasp concepts just by reading a book.

Teachers should educate on real life application because this enables mastering the topic well.

A teacher who teaches for understanding wins hearts because he simplified the topic for the students.

Similarly, a Math’s teacher who explains acknowledging the different learning curves will earn respect because he taught well.

Students study many subjects & should pass in all for getting good grades.

Students like a teacher who explains by coming to their level because he employed best teaching practices fostering understanding. They love such teachers because they are their only hope for learning.

Teachers should be a knowledgeable because they impart learning. But their teaching style is primordial because this enables the percolation of concepts in students’ mind.

Teachers should not rush through the chapters because their primary motive is to make students grasp the concept.

For this they can take extra class, stay back after school teaching students because they are the knowledge givers.

Why students admire teachers because they support them

English teachers should provide enough conversational opportunities to students because this fosters communication.

Excellent communication skills are vital because an effective communicator influences people to realize their objectives.

Just giving bookish knowledge is useless because children’s ability to communicate fluently will help them get jobs.

I admire my English teacher who was an excellent communicator & helped me improve my pronunciation.

Teachers should be patient & sensitive to students’ learning curves because this helps them to improve every child.

By giving enough learning opportunities, teachers earn respect because they were compassionate to their student’s needs.

Children are apprehensive about asking questions in class because they are shy & fear being mocked by peers.

The class has doubts about which teachers should clarify through extra class or stay after school.

The sports teacher should encourage a sports person to take part in competitions because this peps him to perform better.

The teacher should provide help that enables such students to improve their sporting talent.

Once this student succeeds & wins medals, he will admire his teacher because he helped him thrive in sports & games.

Teachers should do more than just completing syllabus because they nurture the future of the country.

They earn accolades from all sections of the society by putting their heart into teaching because effective teaching leads to conception.
