Career scope after Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) is immense because they are professionally qualified primary teachers.

Those willing to become Primary teachers should pursue B.El.Ed because it confers teaching qualification right after 12th while D.El.Ed (Diploma) requires one to first graduate & then do D.El.Ed of 2 years.

By doing B.El.Ed candidates will save 1 year because it takes 4 years after 12th while a D.El.Ed takes 2 years after graduation, taking full 5 years. 3 years for graduation & thereafter 2 years to complete D.El.Ed.

After completing B.El.Ed candidates can pursue B.Ed. MA in education, or MBA depending on their interest. Once they gain higher qualification like B.Ed. they become eligible for TGT posts for teaching higher classes.

After completing B.Ed. they can pursue M.Ed. and take up management posts in education institutions or become Lecturer in education colleges running B.Ed. courses.
