Atal Smriti Award 2023

Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute honored with the Atal Smriti Award 2023 for doing exceptional work in education and social engagements on the birth anniversary of former PM Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Dr Rajiv Tyagi Pro-chancellor received the award from the Director of Ram Manohar Lohia Medical Institute Dr B S Sherwal & the Chief Justice Mr. R K Garg.

The MKS Trust and Mother Teresa Foundation jointly organized the award ceremony at the Constitution Club of India in New Delhi.

Further, Dr Rajiv Tyagi, while elaborating on the award, explained that institutions/persons doing exceptional work in education/literature & social engagements are being awarded for the past 2 years.

This year, Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute has received the Atal Smriti award 2023 because they are doing commendable work in education.

Dr Sudhir Giri Chairman Venkateshwara Group reiterated Atalji was a true nationalist who rose above party politics & worked for the masses. In the memory of Atalji, SVU will soon start a scholarship scheme for students doing exceptional work in education & literature.

Further, the Management of the Venkateshwara Group is receiving enormous compliments on receiving the award because its a renowned higher education institution.
