On the occasion of National Science Day 2024, Shri Venkateshwara University/Institute felicitated the winners of various competitions with a memento & certificate.
Moreover, to generate an interest in science & technology, these competitions were running for the past 4 days.
Renowned Scientists & Educationists advised students to assimilate science in real life rather than rote learning. They asserted to foster innovation through R & D.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri, Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi & the VC Dr AK Shukla inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp to Goddess Saraswati.
The Registrar Dr Piyush Pandey, Advisors Mr RS Sharma, Dr Rajesh Singh & the Dean Applied Sciences Dr Vishwa Nath Jha Joined them to unveil the National Science Day 2024 function.
The Group Chairman Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated many European countries are dominating the world through advances in Science & Technology.
As per the NEP 2020, we should assimilate science into real life rather than doing rote learning. Further, we should make education innovative, value rich and employment oriented in order to make India a developed nation.
The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi announced to promote Science, R & D in education, the Venkateshwara Group has signed an MOU with over 100 reputed universities/institutes of the world. We commit to promote research-based education in the country.
Moreover, the Chief Advisor Dr VPS Arora asserted for promoting R & D, the Venkateshwara Group will apply for patents free of cost for the research papers/innovation of our researchers.
On the occasion of National Science Day 2024, the students presented an excellent cultural program that was applauded by all.

Dr Rahul Kumar, Ashwin Kumar Saxena, Dr Rajvardhan, Dr Sarvnand Sahu, Dr Yogeshwar Prasad Sharma Dr Ana Erik Brown, Dr LS Rawat, Dr Varsha Yadav, Arun Kumar Goswami, Maroof Chaudhary were all present.
Moreover, the Meerut Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh was present & also present were Mr SS Baghel & the Media Incharge Mr. Vishwas Rana among others.
