S R College of Education

We instituted the SR College of Education for B.Ed. in the year 2002. Since then, the college has covered milestones in offering quality education by adopting ICT enabled tools.

The college was started with a motive to offer futuristic education by inculcating scientific tools for teaching.

To accomplish this, we have classrooms enabled with AV aids that enrich the learning process, thus making us the best Colleges in Meerut.

In order to impart hands-on skills, we offer internship to the students. Students by working in schools gain practical skills that sharpen their acumen, thus becoming confident teachers. We have partnered with leading schools for the internship of our students.

Majority of them get placed after internship that speaks volume about our training to make us the best colleges in Meerut. We are the first group in the region that introduced the concept of internship.

Our students are working at reputed schools in India & abroad owing to the visionary effort of our chairman, Dr. Sudhir Giri.He spearheaded the ‘affordable education & healthcare for all’ movement to empower the youth with a professional education that makes his job ready. We have designed the course curriculum after discussing it with stakeholders. This way we teach what they require in the education field. Our course committee discusses with education bodies & prepares the syllabus accordingly for the benefit of the students. This enables us to place most of the students before the completion of their course.

The teaching method at S R college of education is participative that involves students in the learning process for conceptual understanding. Students learn through role plays, case studies & projects that clarify their concepts, thus making us the best colleges in Meerut.

The annual intake of the college is 200. We are planning to increase the intake owing to increased demand from admission seekers.
